Ingredients:
2oz Vodka
Lime Juice
Splash of Orange Juice
Dash of Raspberry Cordial
Mixing instructions:
Shaken with Ice
Strain and serve
Cordial can be added last.
Raspberry Vodka can be used as a variation

White Lady

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Light Cream
1 Egg White
1 tsp superfine Sugar
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into a shaker half-filler with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into Cocktail glass.

White Peach Sangria

IIngredients:
1 750-ml bottle Pinot Grigio
1 cup Brandy
1 cup Simple Syrup
1/2 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 cup White Peach Puree
4 Ripe Peaches, stoned and slice
3 Green Apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 Lemons, cut into thin wheels
1 cup ice cubes, for serving
Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days. When serve, stir in the ice cubes. Pour the sangria into glasses. Ensure each has some of the fruits.

White Russian

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlúa
1 oz Light Cream
Mixing instructions:
Pour Vodka and Kahlúa into an ice-filled Old-fashioned glass. Fill with Light Cream and serve.

Woo Woo

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
4 oz Cranberry Juice
Mixing instructions:
Build in ice-filled Highball glass. Stir well and serve.
