Sangria

Ingredients:
2 bottle Dry Red Wine
4 oz Brandy
4 oz Triple Sec
1 cup Sugar
6 oz fresh Orange Juice
6 oz Cranberry Juice
Diced Apples, Pears, Orange and Lemon Wheels, for garnishes
Mixing instructions:
Combine all in large bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Pour into a large pitcher. Stir it up again. Add sugar or brandy to taste, it should be fairly strong and fairly sweet, almost syrupy. Add the garnishes and stir to mix in.
Stir well and serve in wine glasses.

Scotch Rickey

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch Whisky
1 oz Lime Juice
Club Soda
Mixing instructions:
Pour Scotch and Lemon Juice into an ice-filled Highball glass. Fill with Club Soda. Stir gently.

Screwdriver

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
Orange Juice
Mixing instructions:
Pour Vodka over 3 ice cubes in Highball glass. Fill with chilled Orange Juice. Stir well and serve.

Seed-spitter

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Watermelon Pucker
1/2 oz. Midori
1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
splash of sweet/sour
Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients over ice and shake it hard!
Strain into shot glass and bottoms up!
Comment:
Nice and refreshing with an edge. Takes you back to those 4th of July picnics where seeds were flung as much as the horseshoes.

1/4 oz Raspberry Liqueur

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into the sugar-rimmed Cocktail glass.

Silver Bronx

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
Dash of Dry Vermouth
Dash of Sweet Vermouth
2 oz fresh Orange Juice
1 Egg White
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass and serve.

Singapore Sling

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
1 tsp superfine Sugar
3/4 oz fresh Lemon Juice
Carbonated Water
Mixing instructions:
Shake Gin, Sugar and Lemon Juice with ice. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice. Fill with Carbonated Water. Float Cherry Brandy on top and serve.

Slippery Nipple

Ingredients:
1/3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1/3 oz Kahlúa
1/3 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Mixing instructions:
Layer in the order a Shot glass
