Ingredients:
1 shot Sloe Gin
1 shot Kahlúa
8 oz Half and Half
Ice
Mixing instructions:
Shake and serve over ice.


Pimm's Cup
Ingredients:
2 oz Pimm's No. 1
4 oz Ginger Ale
Cucumber Slice, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Pour Pimm's No. 1 and Ginger Ale in ice-filled
Highball glass. Stir briefly. Garnish with Cucumber Slice.


Pina Colada
Ingredients:
3 oz Light Rum
3 tbsp Coconut Milk
3 tbsp crushed Pineapple
Pineapple slice, for garnish.
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice cubes. Strain into a Collins glass.
Add the garnish

Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps, & Pineapple Juice
Mixing instructions:
in shot glass pour equal amounts amaretto & butterscotch
schnapps, then top off with chilled pineapple juice. serve with

Pink Gin
Ingredients:
2 oz Plymouth Gin
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir
well. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.


Pink Lemonade
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Dash of Cranberry Juice
1 oz Sour Mix
Lemon slice, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled
Cocktail Glass. Add the garnish.


Pomegranate
Sangria
Ingredients:
1 750-ml bottle Dry Red Wine
1 cup Brandy
1 cup Simple Syrup
1/2 cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 cup Pomegranate Molasses or Pomegranate Juice
2 Oranges, cut into thin wheels
3 Green Apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 Lemons, cut into thin wheels
1 cup ice cubes, for serving
Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days.
When serve, stir in the ice cubes. Pour the sangria into glasses.
Ensure each has some of the fruits.
