
Jamaican Ten Speed
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
1/4 oz Creme de Banane
1/4 oz Malibu Rum
1/2 oz Half and Half
Mixing instructions:
Halfy filled a shaker with ice. Add ingredients and shake well.
Strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass.


Japanese Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1 tbsp Orgeat Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Mixing instructions:
Shake well with ice. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass.


Jello Shots
Ingredients:
8 oz Vodka
1 package of Jell-O (any flavor)
8 oz Water
Mixing instructions:
Mix jello and water until jello is completely dissolved.
Prepare gelatin to package directions adding 1 cup Vodka.
After chilled, cut into cubes and serve in paper souffle cups


Junior Special
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
1 cup Half and Half
ice from one ice tray
Rum to taste
nutmeg for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Blend all ingredients save for the nutmeg until smooth. Serve
and garnish with the nutmeg.
Comment:
This mixed drink is, of course, not "traditional"
to the island of Anguilla but rather was created at one of the
tourist resorts. It is, however, delicious, if overly indulgent.
The creaminess of the coconut and the half & half is very
good for disguising the taste of the alcohol - how much you
put is up to you.


Just Peachy
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Maqker's Mark Bourbon
3 oz Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz Ginger Ale
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
Mixing instructions:
Pour Bourbon, Orange Juice and Ginger Ale into an ice-filled
large Goblet Glass. Stir well. Float Peach Schnapps on top and
serve.
