Hakusan Bloody Maru

Ingredients:
Tomato Juice
2 oz Hakusan Sake
4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
1 Dab Horse-Radish
Squeeze of Lime
Salt & Pepper
Celery, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Fill Chimney Glass with ice, Tomato Juice
2 oz Hakusan Sake
4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Tabasco
1 Dab Horse-Radish
Squeeze of Lime
Stir well
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Garnish with Celery



Hakusan Ginza Strip

IIngredients:
2 oz Hakusan Sake
2 dashes Sweet Vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice
2 oz Hakusan Sake
2 dashes Sweet Vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters
Stir with bar spoon
Strain into chilled Stemmed Cocktail Glass
Garnish with Maraschino Cherry


Hakusan Haiku

Ingredients:
2 oz Hakusan Sake
1 dash Dry Vermouth
Pearl Onion, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients and stir with bar spoon. Strain into Glass. Garnish with Pearl Onion.


Hakusan Kabuki

Ingredients:
2 oz Hakusan Sake
1 oz Rose's Lime Juice
1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
½ oz Triple Sec
Lime Slice, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Blend all ingredients well, pour into salt-rimmed Bowl Glass. Garnish with Lime Slice


Hakusan Mount Fuji

Ingredients:
2 oz Hakusan Sake
2 oz. Sweet and Sour Mix
½ oz Triple Sec
Lemon Slice, for garnish
Cherry, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Fill blender 1/3 full with ice and blend with ingredients
Pour into stemmed Bowl Glass
Garnish with Lemon Slice, Cherry


Hakusan Rising Sun

Ingredients:
2 oz Hakusan Sake
Orange Juice
½ oz Grenadine
Lemon Slice, for garnish
Cherry, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Fill Chimney Glass with ice.
2 oz. Hakusan Sake
Fill with Orange Juice
Top with ½ oz. Grenadine
Garnish with Lemon Slice, Cherry




Hakusan Shogun

Ingredients:
5 oz Frosted Hakusan Sake
2 oz sweetened Lemon Juice
Maraschino Cherry, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
5 oz Frosted Hakusan Sake
2 oz sweetened Lemon Juice
Blend and strain into Sour Glass
Garnish with Maraschino Cherry



Harper Cranberry

Ingredients:
2 oz IW Harper Bourbon
3 oz Cranberry Juice
Mixing instructions:
Add the ingredients into an ice-filled double Old-fashioned Glass. Stir until chilled and serve.


Harvey Wallbanger

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Galliano
4 oz fresh Orange Juice
Mixing instructions:
Add Vodka and Orange Juice into Highball glass filled with ice. Stir briefly. Float Galliano on top.


Hennessy Martini

Ingredients:
2 oz Hennessy VS Cognac
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Lemon twist, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add Cognac and Lemon Juice. Stir well and then strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass. Add the garnish.


Hop, Skip, and Go Naked Punch

Ingredients:
6 oz frozen Limeade concentrate
6 oz frozen Lemonade concentrate
6 oz Peach Schnapps
6 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum
2 liters lemon-lime soda
Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a Punch bowl and stir to blend. Serve over ice.


Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Butter
2 Cloves
Boiling Water
Mixing instructions:
Place Rum, Sugar, Cloves in Coffee mug. Fill with boiling water. Add Butter and stir.


Hurricane

Ingredients:
1 oz Light Rum
1 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.
