Gibson

Ingredients:
3 oz Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist, for garnish
1-3 Pearl Onions, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass. Add the garnish.


Gimlet

IIngredients:
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lime Cordial
Lime Wedge, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass. Add the garnish.


Gin & It

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Mixing instructions:
Stir well with cracked ice. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass.
Comment:
The "It" in the Gin & It is an abbreviation for Italian. It refers to Sweet Vermouth as Italy was the birth-place of Sweet Vermouth.


Gin Fizz

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Club Soda
Mixing instructions:
Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar well with cracked ice. Strain into Highball glass with ice and top with chilled Club Soda. Stir gently.


Gin Rickey

IIngredients:
2 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
Club Soda
Lime wedge, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Pour Lemon Juice and Gin over ice cubes in Highball glass. Fill with Club Soda. Stir gently. Add the garnish.


Grasshopper

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe
3/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz Light Cream
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass.




Green Fairy (Ritual)

Ingredients:
50ml Absinto Camargo
1 Sugar Cube
1-2 parts chilled water
Mixing instructions:
Serve 50ml Absinto Camargo with ice
Place an absinthe spoon over the glass
Place a sugarcube on the spoon
Serve 1-2 parts chilled water over the sugarcube
Stir and drink



Green Flash

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Melon Liqueur
3/4 oz Light Rum
2 oz fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Guanabana Nectar
Lime wheel, for garnish
Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into a large glass filled with ice-cubes. Stir with a straw until chilled. Add the garnish.
