Caipirinha

Ingredients:
2 oz Cachaça
1 Lime, cut into 8 wedges
1 tsp granulated Sugar

Mixing instructions:
Place the lime wedges and sugar into an Old-fashioned glass and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add Cachaça. Stir and serve with a straw.


Caipiroska

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
8 wedges Lime
1 tsp Granulated Sugar

Mixing instructions:
Muddle Sugar and Lime Wedges in an Old-fashioned glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the Vodka. Stir thoroughly.


Caipsinto

Ingredients:
1,5 shots Absinto Camargo
1 whole Lime cut into eights
1 spoon Sugar
garnish: Lime wedge

Mixing instructions:
Muddle lime and sugar with a pestle, add crushed ice, pour absinthe and stir

Comment:
It's the absinthe version of the world famous caipirinha drink


Camargo Exotic

Ingredients:
15ml Amaretto
25ml Absinto Camargo layered
15ml Baileys layered
2 drops of Grenadine

Mixing instructions:
Layer and serve.


Carrot Cake

Ingredients:
1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled Shot glass.


Cerebral Haemorrage

Ingredients:
1 oz. Kahlúa
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
several drops of Grenadine

Mixing instructions:
Layer Kahlua, Peach Schnapps and Bailey's Irish Cream into old fashioned glass with ice.
Add several drops of grenadine.
Do not stir.




Chambord Kamikaze

Ingredients:
3 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Chambord
1/2 Lime, cut into slice.
Lime Wheel, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients and Sliced Lime into a shaker glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Muddle well. Strain into a chilled Cocktail Glass. Add the garnish.



Chameleon

Ingredients:
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 glass Orange Juice
Fill with Lemon Lime Soda

Mixing instructions:
All over ice.


Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:
6 oz Champagne
1 Sugar Lump
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon or Orange Twist, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Put Sugar Lump and Bitters in Champagne flute. Add the garnish. Add Champagne.


Champagne Shrub

Ingredients:
2 oz Shrub
4 oz chilled Champagne

Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into a Champagne Flute. Stir gently and serve at once.


Charger

Ingredients:
8 oz Club Soda
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lime wedge, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir well. Add the garnish and serve.


Chocolate Almond

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Mixing instructions:
Layer ingredients in the listed order.


Chocolate Cake Shooter

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Absolut Citron
3/4 oz Frangelico
Lemon wedge (sugar-coated)

Mixing instructions:
Mix Absolut Citron and Frangelico into a Shot glass. Drink the shot, and immediately suck on a sugar-coated lemon wedge.


Cinnabar Negroni

Ingredients:
2 oz Campari
1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange slice, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Add ingredients into an ice-filled Old-fashioned Glass. Sprinkle the bitters on top. Stir well. Add the garnish. Serve immediately.


Citrus Absinthe

Ingredients:
30ml Absinto Camargo
30ml Orange Juice
15ml Peach Liqueur
1 spoon sugar

Mixing instructions:
Shake and serve.


Citrus Cooler

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Campari
1/4 oz fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Aranciata or Orangina

Mixing instructions:
Add all ingredients into an ice-filled Collins Glass. Stir to blend. Serve at once.


Corkscrew

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Peach Brandy

Mixing instructions:
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.


Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
Lime wedge, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass and serve. Add the garnish.


Cosmopolitan #2

Ingredients:
2 oz citrus-flavored Vodka or unflavored Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Cranberry Juice
2 tsp granulated sugar, to coat the rim of the glass
1 tsp finely grated orange zest, to coat the rim of the glass

Mixing instructions:
Mix sugar and orange zest and coat the rim of the Cocktail Glass. Shake ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into the prepared glass.


Cosmopolitan Martini

Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh Lime Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.


Cranberry Frog

IIngredients:
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice

Mixing instructions:
Shake vigorously. Serve.

Cranberry Toad

Ingredients:
2 oz Orange Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Vodka

Mixing instructions:
Shake vigorously. Serve.


Cranberry-Orange Cooler

Ingredients:
8 oz Cranberry Juice
2 scoops Orange Sorbet
2~4 tsp Sugar Syrup or Honey
Orange slices, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Place ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Pour over crushed ice into a glass. Add the garnish.


Cream Soda

Ingredients:
1-12oz can of Vernors Ginger Ale
1 1/2 shots of Captain Morgan's

Mixing instructions:
Pour Captain Morgan's 1st then stir


Cuba Libre

Ingredients:
2 oz Dark Rum
Coke
1 Lime, cut into wedges

Mixing instructions:
Pour rum over ice in a Highball glass. Fill with cola and squeeze lemon wedge into drink and drop into glass.
