Mixing instructions:
Layer the Kahlúa, Irish Cream and Grand Marnier in that order into a Shot glass.


Bahama Mama

IIngredients:
1/4 oz Kahlúa
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Coconut Liqueur
1/4 oz Bacardi 151 proof rum
2 oz fresh Lemon Juice
4 oz Pineapple Juice

Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.


Baltimore Bracer

Ingredients:
1 oz.Brandy
1 oz. Anisette
1 Egg White (for two drinks)

Mixing instructions:
Mix everything in a shacker with some cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.


Bamboo

Ingredients:
2 oz Dry Sherry
2 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Mixing instructions:
Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into chilled Cocktail glass.


Banana Punch

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 tsp Apricot Brandy
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Club Soda
Slices of Banana
Sprigs of Mint

Mixing instructions:
Pour Vodka into an ice-filled Collins glass. Add Club Soda. Top with slices of banana and sprigs of mint.



Banana Rum Cream

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz Creme de Banane
1 oz Light Cream

Mixing instructions:
Shake well with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.

Black Russian

Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlúa

Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients over ice cubes in Old-fashioned glass.

Comment:
Use less Kahlua for a drier drink.


Black Velvet

Ingredients:
5 oz Irish Stout, chilled
5 oz Champagne, chilled

Mixing instructions:
Pour Stout into a Champagne flute. Add Champagne carefully, so it does not mix with Stout, and serve.

Comment:
Use not-too-dry champagne or other sparkling wine


Blackjack

Ingredients:
1 oz Kirsch
1/2 oz Brandy
1 cup Cold Coffee

Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice cube. Strain into Old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.


Bloody Maria

Ingredients:
1 oz Tequila
2 oz Tomato Juice
Dash of Lemon Juice
Dash of Tabasco Sauce
Pinch of Celery Salt
Lemon Wedge, for garnish.

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into an ice-filled Old-fashioned glass. Add the garnish.


Bloody Mary

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Vodka
5 oz Tomato Juice
Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper
2-3 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
Dash Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Lemon wedge, for garish

Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Add salt and pepper. Serve in Highball glass over ice cubes. Add the lemon wedge and serve.


Blow Job

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
Whipping Cream

Mixing instructions:
Layer the Butterscotch Schnapps with Bailey's Irish Cream. Spray the Whipped Cream on top, pile it about 2 inches high. This shot should be drunk without using your hands. Pick up the Shot glass between your lips and tilt your head back.


Blue Absinthe

Ingredients:
30ml Absinto Camargo
70ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Blue Curaçao
10ml Peach Liqueur
Glass: Large Martini
Garnish: Pineapple wedge

Mixing instructions:
Shake well all ingredients with lots of ice. Strain into martini glass. Complete with crushed ice. Add the garnish.


Blue Blazer

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch Whisky
6 oz Boiling water
Lemon Twist, for garnish
Lemon twist, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Pour the Scotch Whisky into one of two tankards and the water into the other. Carefully ignite the whiskey and pour the flaming liquid back and forth between the tankards three or four times. Dispense ingredients into an Old fashioned glass. Serve with a Lemon twist.

Comment:

Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients:
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Blue Curaçao
1 oz Cream of Coconut
4 oz Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Wedge, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Mix in blender with ice. Pour into a Collins Glass. Add the garnish.


Bobby Burns

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 1/2 oz blended Scotch Whisky
1 1/4 tsp Benedictine
Lemon Twist, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Stir all ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. Add the garnish and serve.

IIngredients:
2 oz Scotch Whisky
10 oz Beer

Mixing instructions:
Fill Shot glass with Whiskey. Drop full Shot glass into mug o' beer. Drink immediately.

Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
4 oz bottled Water

Mixing instructions:
Pour Bourbon and Water into an ice-filled Highball glass. Stir briefly.


Bourbon Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
Peach Wedge, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Put all ingredients in a mixing glass and pour over ice into a glass. Stir briefly. Add the garnish on top.


Brain Damage

Ingredients:
2 parts Jägermeister
1 1/2 part Gin
1 part Vodka

Mixing instructions:
Pour all the ingredients over ice-cubes in a mixing glass. Stir gently. Strain into a chilled Shot glass.



Brainstorm

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch Whisky
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

Mixing instructions:
Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass.


Brandy Alexander

Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
1 oz Whipping Cream
1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1/4 tsp grated Nutmeg, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients well with ice. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. Garnish with Nutmeg on top.



Brandy Smash

Ingredients:
4 fresh Sprigs of Mint
1 tsp superfine Sugar
2 1/2 oz Brandy
1 oz Club Soda
Orange slice and Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
In an Old-fashioned glass, muddle the Mint Sprigs lightly with Sugar and Club Soda. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour on the Brandy and stir briefly. Add the garnish.


Brandy Sour

Ingredients:
2 oz Brandy
3/4 oz fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
Lemon Slice and Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Mixing instructions:
Shake ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into a Sour glass. Add the garnish.



Brass Monkey

Ingredients:
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Vodka
4 oz Orange Juice
Splash of Galliano

Mixing instructions:
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir to blend. Float the Galliano on top.


Brazilian Absinthe

Ingredients:
25ml layer Amaretto or Strega
25ml Absinto Camargo

Layer and serve.

Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Goldschlager
1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

Mixing instructions:
Layer each ingredient by slowly pouring down the side of a highball; Bailey's being the last you pour(pour in order of listing above). The Bailey's submerges under the Goldschlagger, thus "implanting" itself.


Buttery Nipple

Ingredients:
3/4 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

Mixing instructions:
Pour Butterscotch Schnapps into a Shot glass and then layer Bailey's Irish Cream on top.
