Whipping Cream
Mixing instructions:
Layer the Butterscotch Schnapps with Bailey's Irish Cream. Spray
the Whipped Cream on top, pile it about 2 inches high. This
shot should be drunk without using your hands. Pick up the Shot
glass between your lips and tilt your head back.

30ml Absinto Camargo
70ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Blue Curaçao
10ml Peach Liqueur
Glass: Large Martini
Garnish: Pineapple wedge

glass. Complete with crushed ice. Add the garnish.

6 oz Boiling water

Pour the Scotch Whisky into one of two tankards and the water

liquid back and forth between the tankards three or four times.
Dispense ingredients into an Old fashioned glass. Serve with
