We offer food and beverages to all thirsty parties, including skimmers, jarheads, flyboys, ground pounders, and even puddle jumpers. The Horse and Cow has a reputation for being an "Off the Hook" bar for submariners but everyone is welcome to pull up a chair and join the fun.

On a recent visit to the cow, a few young sub sailors didnt have a clue what the Submariner chant was,...so this goes out too as promised, to the USS Nebraska SSBN 739(Gold), so they can add it to their qual process. (Hope your sea dad's dont find out who you are..)
